Here ye, Here ye! Join us for our 3rd annual event of the Faire at the Farm, hosted by McPhetridge Family Farms and Sowing Seeds (501-c3), sponsored/ managed by Sword Circle. This event is family-friendly and is to grow support to the local community in need!

Interested in becoming a vendor for the event? Do you have an act or service that is family-friendly? Please fill out the form below to join the registry! Space is limited- vendors are first come first serve. Sword Circle reserves the right to accept/ decline submitted forms based on duplicated merchandise/ products, unavailable accommodations, etc.
The 2026 event will follow strict guidelines for vendors. We are looking for vendors/ artist that meet the following;
Dress up! Make your booth & your staff look the part!
Craftsmanship! We are looking for artist and merchants with handmade goods- not bulk-resale items.
Authentic! Vendors with period canvas tents, or authentic tents, will be selected as priority in our Market space.
